Hi, I’m Sarah Udell!

I’m married to my college sweetheart, raising two high energy boys, and living in the suburbs of St. Louis. After spending years stuck in the diet cycle myself, I’m passionate about helping busy women finally work with their bodies (instead of fighting against them) to lose weight in a way that actually lasts.
I’m here to show you how to build strength, feel confident, and keep your results for life, without giving up your favorite foods or living in the gym.
If you’re ready for real change, you’re in the right place.

My Story

I grew up watching the women in my family constantly diet, always chasing the next “fix” but never finding real freedom around food. At just 11 years old, after being made fun of for my weight, I started dieting too and spent most of my teens and twenties trapped in a cycle of restriction and rebellion. When my mom was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, it inspired me to change my own path and help others, leading me to become a Registered Dietitian. But real change didn’t happen for me until my late twenties, when I became a mom and realized that true, lasting results required healing my relationship with food, not fighting my body.

When Everything Clicked

After discovering strength training and pairing it with balanced nutrition and a realistic approach, everything shifted. I finally felt strong, confident, free and I finally broke the cycle that had trapped me for years.

Why I Love Helping Women Like You

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in all-or-nothing thinking. Today, I help busy women lose weight sustainably, heal their relationship with food, and build strength from the inside out; without crash diets, guilt, or extremes. If you’re ready to feel confident and free in your body, I’m here to help.
