I’m a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Personal Trainer with over 13 years of experience in the health and wellness field. After decades of struggling with diets myself, I now help busy women break free from the all-or-nothing mindset, lose weight sustainably, and build strength and confidence for life.
